About Hot SEAL, Confirmed Bachelor
When a Navy SEAL runs into an obstacle, he climbs over it, under it, around it, or destroys it. So what if it’s a woman?
Master Chief Benjamin Blackwell has it all. Adventure, good looks, skills, and women. His life is perfect and he has no intention of changing a thing. Until her.
Holly Maxwell is a sexy woman unlike anyone he’s met before. A widow for ten years, she’s happy with her life even with the trials of raising a pre-teen daughter, and being the only girl in a nosy, boisterous family of Coronado cops.
But what makes her so inexplicable to this Navy SEAL is her total lack of interest in him.
I was astounded at how the intense qualifications as well as training goes into being in this elite group.....these men are truly the top. The characters Ben and Holly were interesting to watch them grow. I stayed up all night and finished it. I would recommend it . April H Jacksonville FL
I fell in love with Holly and Benjamin’s story . From making up a boyfriend to get her family off her back to having it become a reality was great . Brotherly interference with Danny breaking out the taillight had me laughing out loud . I plan on buying more books from the author and recommend her to everyone.
HOT SEAL, Confirmed Bachelor Cynthia D’Alba Don’t ever say never... Holly and Benjamin both agreed to be fake girl friend/boy friend until her brother’s wedding. Even though they fight it fate has other ideas. Can they keep to their belief or will they give into a HEA? A great read that has you wanting more of the HOT SEALS.
Benjamin is a Navy SEAL and a self confirmed bachelor. He loves women but is not interested in any kind of relationship. Holly has been a widow for 10 years and she is happy with her life just as it is. She is a teacher and during the summer she works as a lifeguard. Now that her brother is getting married, her family wants to have a date for the wedding and all the pre-wedding activities. After a running into Ben at a bar and his pretending to be her boyfriend, he offers to be Holly's fake boyfriend until the wedding in four months. Can they convince her family they are dating without getting their hearts involved? This is a heartwarming story of loss, love, duty, and second chances. It is well written and fun. I love Holly's character. She is a strong independent lady who gives as good as she gets. D'Alba does a great job of depicting the relationships, dynamics and the camaraderie within a large family and also that between soldiers or law enforcement officers. Having come from a large family and having soldiers and law enforcement office in my family I really appreciated this aspect of the book. I laughed a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone loving short seamy reads. I received a free copy and am voluntarily leaving a review which is my opinion alone.
